ABOUT MATT & MAYA

Matt Bradford is a proud native of Laurel, Mississippi and he and his daughter Maya currently reside in South Florida. He is a proud graduate of THEE Jackson State University, and a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated.  Professionally, he is an Information Technology leader for one of the largest public-school systems in the United States. 

He is an author, son, brother, uncle, mentor, volunteer and most importantly, proud Girl Dad! Although he has had many notable accomplishments, none compare to him being blessed to be Maya’s father. 

Maya is his pride and joy, his motivation and now first time co-author!  She is a beautiful, charming, energetic, funny, loving, smart, elementary student who has an incredible sense of humor.  Maya speaks Spanish, loves basketball, dancing, reading, singing, swimming and her favorite subject is math. 

Maya has Daddy wrapped around her fingers and Matt prays daily that she continues to thrive and bring joy to all who know and love her. There is absolutely nothing stronger than the bond of a Daddy and his daughter.
